As a noob it is quite easy to get 10k, there are other options on the list. If you cannot gift just wait for someone to post something that you can gift or even contact me and we could work something out. Also neo cash is against the rules, things out side of sylestia are against the rules and I have is implemented a rule against this. You are not in any trouble for that but my ban still stands in place as you were harassing another player which I will not stand for.

It is a currency on neopets and a new rule has been implilented banning outside game currency or items.

The story line has not changed and if you are doing missions, which are unlocked quite early, you can get gold easily. There are many guides which help newbies make money as well as forums which give away gold.
