(yeah, that's fine, or maybe just a very short, explosive temper, though he does remain docile as much as he can, he just easily loses his temper)

Rhys took his clothes he changed out of and made a soft little nest out of them on the foot of his bed, where Akitsu curled up into a ball. The Argi went to sleep, and the Ny'vene accompanying him drifted off quickly as well

(Alright. I prefer the more extreme suggestions that I made, but perhaps I could find a way to combine them? I'll think about it for a bit.

I'll take over his character after the two weeks where Rick is ill, it wouldn't make sense to take two characters out of the RP - unless there is an alternate reason why Kazar leaves for the same amount of time too?)

Rick Knight

I made the decision to fold my clothes and place them on top of my bag. As I slid my glasses off of my face, the world went somewhat blurry, and I put them on top of my clothes, not wishing to disturb Gervasius. I would have said goodnight to everyone else in the room, but it appeared that they were asleep already.

Almost immediately, I found myself close to sleep. I hadn't realised throughout the day, but I had been exhausted despite sleeping on the plane. I stretched and yawned, carefully making sure that I didn't tap Gervasius by accident, before falling into unconsciousness.

(I mean, Ricks sickness could be contagious, but I'll control him for the two weeks, just let me know the stuff you're doing so I can role play it)

Kazar slept with the lightira on his pillow, the two fast asleep.

<assuming a time skip to the morning>

Rhys woke up, seeing Kazar and Rick still asleep. He got into the closet, changing into his uniform. "First day" he whispered nervously to himself. He sat back on his bed, picking up his phone and texting Sylver, Akitsu climbing into his lap.

[hey Sylv, you awake yet?]
[yeah, I woke up a little early, I'm just so scared >-<]
[fair enough, you were terrified about normal highscool, I can only imagine how you feel about magic high school]
[honestly, I can't imagine this being worse than public high school, lol{
[yeah, glad I came here, since this is where Risza is and I wouldn't survive HS without her]
[lol, yeah, I gtg now, I need to get ready]

(Actually, on second thoughts, it may be better if we take him out. I'm just thinking in terms of picking up the character after two weeks - it may be easier if I control him for a bit now, work out his personality, and then, when I return, it will be easier for me to transition into playing him again, since otherwise I will have to scroll through everything again and try and match him as closely as possible to how you play him so that there are no consistency errors. And then you don't have to worry about matching his personality up with what I think he should be, so you can roleplay easier and it can move along smoother.

Not sure about Rick's illness being contagious though, because that would then place Rhys in trouble. What about Kazar needing to undergo some sort of treatment elsewhere as a result of a previously-existing medical condition?)

Rick Knight

There was a slight knock, as if someone was moving around the room. That noise was what took me out of sleep, and my eyelids parted slightly, allowing a small fuzzy strip of light to stream into my pupils. I rolled onto my side, seeing that it was Rhys who had woken, and was already ready for the day ahead.

My eyes drifted downwards to my glasses, and I stretched my arm out to reach them from where I was. I caught them on the tips of my fingers, then slid them up my nose to rest on my face.

"Good morning," I mumbled, somewhat drowsily.

(Rick gets sick, gets Kazar sick, Rhys has already gotten the sickness before and is therefore immune, problem solved)

Rhys walked into the bathroom, Akitsu on his shoulder. He brushed his teeth and hair, which didn't need that much brushing due to its short length. He picked up a little tennis ball rolling it around the room for Akitsu to play with.

(At the movies right now, I can't respond for a while)

Piper burst of of bed, all smiles and twisted up in the bedspread. Proceeding to get up, she fell over, onto the floor.

"Ow!" Piper rubbed her head. She must of woken up Coral, who leaned over the edge of her bed. "I'm fine, thanks for asking, Lorainne."

Coral shrugged, then flounced out the door in her nightgown. "Going to get ready at my friend's room," she explained.

Piper huffed, then noticed that it was 6:45. "Oh no! School starts at 7:45!" She turned to see Sylver awake, already in uniform.





Piper barely had time to remove the wrinkles in her uniform and put on her light touches of makeup before she had to go to class. Of course, we'll get our school supplies in the classroom, and schedule in the breakfast hall.

Solace made her morning brighter by saying: Your eyeliner is smudged and makes you look like a she-vampire.

Piper stuck her tongue out at him, and wiped the edges of her eyes before picking him up and looking at Sylver. "Can you ask Ambrosia to contact the others? We have to get breakfast."

Laurel straightened her uniform in the mirror. Ready, Elle? She stiffened at the fact that she had used the name her mother used for her. No time to get homesick now!

She hurried out the door, taking Velvet with her. Hey! I need my beauty sleep, girl!

"What you need is a beauty coma, Vel," She teased. She knocked on Sylver and Piper's door. "Can I come in? It's Laurel."

(Alright, fair enough lol. We'll do that then.

I'm just going to draw Kazar now so that everyone has a better idea of what he looks like :) )

Rick Knight

Seeing that Rhys had gone into the bathroom, I decided to mimic what he did, and used a closet to get changed in. Being tired on top of being in darkness, I found it somewhat difficult to change in the darkness, however, once I exited, I quickly adjusted everything that I had missed.

It seemed that, despite everything going on around him, Gervasius had remained asleep. I went over to the bedside table, concerned that if I woke him, he would get immediately angry, and an angry Gervasius was not what I wanted to deal with at this moment in time.

Well, he does like to preach about manners, and I'm sure he has similar views on punctuality. I'll get him to abide by them himself. At that, I let my hovering hand move forwards to give him a light tap on the head. It wasn't much - more of a stroke - but he jumped up rather suddenly, somewhat startling me.

Hey! What was that about?! I was sleeping rather comfortably there! But once he had finished speaking, he looked around, realising that it was morning. He sat back down, his two antennae twitching. Fine. For once your rude actions are at least for an understandable reason.

Kazar Sierzant

I woke to find that Airel had moved during the night, and was now resting at the other end of the bed. Carefully, I moved around him, trying not to disturb his sleep.

Darn, I was the last one awake. I didn't particularly like being waited on by the others, but at least it appeared that they hadn't been up long. I took my uniform from where I had placed it the night before, and chose the closest place out of sight of the other two to get changed. Then I returned to the main area of the room, and sat back on my bed.

Good morning, Kazar. Airel's eyes opened slowly, and he came over to me. I petted the top of his head, and he took his place next to me, as per usual.

"Good morning, Airel," I said, looking down at him as I ran my hand through his fur. He wagged his tail a little, before pausing, his attention on the small grey Lunemara that seemed to be rather unhappy on the other side of the room. We have only just woken, and would appreciate some quiet. If you could keep your temper and your voice down, I would be very much thankful.

(Ok, that's fine - it'll give an opportunity for the others to catch up.)

Piper heard a knock just after tying her hair up in a high ponytail.

"It's Laurel," Laurel said from the other side of the door.

Piper grinned. "Yeah, Lols, come in."

"Never again," Laurel said, laughing. "'Lols'?"
