I open my jaws to reply but just then my stomach growls loudly. I have not eaten in days, or at all since my mother abandon me.

I hold back a squeel of excitement but my happiness shows, mostly in the fact that I am bouncing slightly as I follow him.

I try to copy him but end up falling over, accidentally landing on what is probable the worlds smallest mouse. I grab it in my jaws and prance up to him, eyes shining as the pitiful catch lays dead in my jaws.

wish nods approving the mouse he held back a laugh and looked back at the antelope he padded closer to the deer he thanked the earth for tall grass and leeped, he bit the deers neck and took it down, it went limp.

My jaw drops in amazement and the mouse that was in my mouth falls the the ground and nearly gets trampled as I run over to congradulate Wish on the kill, squeeling with praise.
