She nodded and looked around. She headed into the armour room again, searching in there.

"Ah, well. Cans will do." He grinned, handing you a couple of small cans that looked like the ones people use to put preserved stuff in. "You'll need a lot of these if you want a lot of dirt, and they break quite easily when they carry stuff like dirt. A jar would do the best, but if you're gonna take these cans, it will be 50 coppers."

"Do you know where I could get a jar? I need it to be sturdy," I glance apologetically at him

You found the alleyway without much trouble, but now the men were not there. The atmosphere was still thick and ominous, however, and you feel like something's wrong. Of course, it could just be you and nothing is wrong.

A thought popped into your mind; the prison was a huge place, and probably was specifically designed to get the prisoners lost, so there probably was no easy solution or a pattern you'd have to follow in order to get to where the cells are. You pick up the stone.
