It looks like it's been used before. The needle is sloppily put back, and the thread is pooled up hastily in a corner.

I think she means the greenhouse is abiding someone's command, most likely the Healer. She told us to come here, and I don't think she wants us dead for now.

There don't seem to be any gardens for food nearby, and the water source is nowhere to be seen. The creatures just wander around aimlessly.
Reminds me of the Unnamed.

The bottle seems to have been emptied, save for the traces of dark liquid still on there. It has a horrible smell, like the stench of death.
