She jumped out the water getting knocked on her side by the animal, she jumped and moving out it's way "s-s--SORRY" she yelps, she was good at taking down creatures but bad at killing them, she tripped it as it tumbled into a tree before grabbing onto it's neck and pinning it Giving them the loook to like stab it or something

"Gore it!" Caspian yelps.

panicking, i grab a stick next to me. it's sharp like a spear, he should be able to do something with this. i thrust the stick into Caspians arms, staring at the deer in horror. "kill it!" i order, hiding behind the bigger man. usually i'm not so afraid of prey but that is an abomination and i am terriffied of it.

With a light sigh, he dropped the stone he had started to pull to hold the base of the sheltler and went to check what was going on. Of course the pray was beyond disturbing to watch but this was dragging out quite a bit witch was never good for the meat. He swiftly warped his tail around the neck and head of his now found victime before proceading to crush every bones he could within his coil.

"that was actually much smarted than my idea" i say, staring at the dead deer on the ground in front of us "thanks Thang!" i cheer, giving him a thumbs up. "what should we do with the pelt?" i ask, looking at it. from what i know from the book, it looks like a female, which doesn't have antlers. it would have been pretty neat to have antlers but i suppose we don't need them.

He let go of the now dead deer and shrug. " No problem, last thing i want was to let the food escape half way through the process, that would have been a bad omen for our first hunt." His scales were alwais a dead givaway of his presence while hunting,so he had to kill his pray as soon as he get to them if he wanted to eat witch is why he had no hesitation even with the horrors of this forest. " Well, once cleaned there are multiple usages with this type of pelt : cloaths, bedding, isolation against the cold, they can be used to make rudimentary handle for wearpons too..."

"well yeah" i nod, giving the deer a small kick "but we only have one pelt. and this deer will last us awhile, we shouldn't kill another one just yet" i say, shrugging "so which do we think is more important?" i ask. personally? i think blankets for winter, despite it being spring. you can never be too prepared.

She growled and covered in blood again but this time she was bleeding from something she hit while tumbling from the deer hitting her, she limped to the water and layed down next to the stream licking her wounds, Thema sniffed the water as tiny specks of blood dripped into it taking a drink

"you ok?" i ask, looking at her in concern. "do you need some help? i can bandage up your wounds if you need it" i offer, pacing back and forth nervously.

"i-im fine" she smiled at her, yes it was to dark to see how deep it was which was a concern, she knew this herself but didn't want her to worry
