I steady myself and attempt to stay on my hands and knees. Keep my centre of gravity low. Hopefully I can make it to the piece of coral before the ride starts up again.

i moved towards the glowing eye. i jiggle it, hoping it popped out
You can see a spot that's close enough to the ground that you won't hurt yourself if you jump off. You'll have to be very careful though, the rails are thin
I ask my aeridini if she can just carry me and fly down

You manage to make it halfway across before the ride starts again, thankfully you reach the centrepiece and so stay stationary. it stops and you can keep on moving

as you take a step towards it the carousel suddenly lurches forward. you're kno9cked down and it starts spinning faster and faster until the outside world is a blur of motion.
