As you walked the howling seemed to get louder and the ground was slowly turning into sand until only tufts of grass clumps pocked up here and there. The heat was getting worse and the the distance was slowly starting to shimmer in the heat. Too your left aways was what looked like an oasis
Iist wiped the sweat off her brow as she trekked onto sand. Between the increasing heat and the howls, she felt twinges of regret for choosing to go towards the ruins. When she saw an oasis-like shape, she pondered if it was real or if it was a heat-induced illusion, but, feeling like she had nothing to lose, she walked towards it, still keeping an eye on the ruins so that she wouldn't get lost.

The oasis appears clearer as you get near it, obviously real. As you reach it you can see dried sets of foot prints, three it appeared. It seemed as though others had been here before. A small carved wooden sign pole reads, 'Plagnith Oasis'. There is a small shaded cave a little ways to the side of the Oasis you could rest in.

As Iist drew closer to the oasis, she kept rubbing her eyes to make sure they weren't fooling her. 'G-Gods, it's real...' she thought to herself, cautiously approaching the water. Her gaze fell still on the water, listening to the waterfall, then she sat down by the edge of the pool to cool her face and have a drink.
Once she felt refreshed, she walked towards the cave.
