"Woo, good job Torchic!" Iist picked up her Pokemon and gave it a victory hug. "How's it feel winning your first battle? Felt pretty good to me! Let's get you healed up though."

She returned Torchic to its pokeball and walked out of the grass back to her town to go to the Pokemon Center. ((because I have a habit of not using my potions if there's a Pokemon Center close by lolol))

(Good call, because you'd be wasting a potion if you used it on a pokemon with 14 health)

Torchic chirped happily from inside your pokeball, though she looked a bit tired. You enter the pokemon center.
"Hello, do you need your pokemon healed?" The nurse Joy asks.

There was absolutely nothing else to see, and the narrator is worried for your storyline.

She sighed and decided to explore the town, looking around the streets and at the houses.
She just wants to disobey her parents for a bit

"And why should I trust you? You told me you were the trainer the professor wanted to meet! And now, you're stealing stuff!" He says, his voice rising.

"Fine. Ask me questions then to prove my innocence."

"You walk around and fight with wild pokemon, simple. You challenge other players." Ves shrugged. "Are you a newbie trainer?"

"Well duh, what did you think. Bye!"
I leave and look for tall grass
