It hasn't been more than five minutes since your mother started going crazy. Hissing, screeching, attacking you. You ran, of course. What else could you do? You couldn't attack them. So you had to run for your life. It was only when you were safe- from them, that is- that you realized you had nowhere to go.

"Whelp, guess I got some walking to do. At least it'll be good exercise," I say. "First priority: Food." I start looking for food, ignoring the thought of what Mom has become. I don't need to cry.

Jacie weighed her choices and chances of survival to each one.

North - to zombies ~ definitely out of question. Being a zombie was definitely not something on her bucket list

East - into town ~ might provide places to hide and things to have, but in the event of encountering a zombie pack and in an alley way, there would most likely be no chance of escape what so ever. *In that case, I would just avoid alley ways with dead ends*

South - police ~ They have a car, and could help, but shoplifting could put her on dangerous ground there

West - out of town ~ Away from humanity. Who knows when she could reach another bath room, how she could get food, shelter, and also the natural dangers of plants and animals that live there

So, she wished herself the best and since she was an actor, to break a leg ~ instantly taking that back as she remember her sprained ankle ~ and ran to the South East, hoping to either get the polices help, and/or get to some place to hide. Or someone to interact with minus zombies.

You're standing at the back door of what appears to be a bakery, there are several shops near it.

You can't really run at this point, so the police catch up with you first. One gets out of the car. "Hands up!"

Jacie glances at the police. "Erm...Why? There are zombies at my tail and I have to run!" She said, out of breath, and looking as meek as she could. Which is hard when you have a sword in hand and a look of guilt on your face.

(*face palms* Why, oh, why Jacie do you have to be so honest? *sigh*)

"I said hands up, explanations later!"

Jacie frowned. "Why? Now seems a good time if I do say so myself" She said, taking a step back, being careful on where she stepped. She didn't need to really bust a leg. Jacie held up her hands though.

"Get in the car."
