"If you insist, you have two options: one, you can take me to a lake or river or something and I'll jump in, or two, I go semiconsious if I touch the jewel I'm looking for. I could do both if you still don't belive me after that. You decide," Knuckles said. "Of course, if you didn't cower in your cave for who knows how long, you would know that I really am the last of my kind," He added, smirking.

"I don't cower." she sneered. "I was assigned to guard this emerald." she opened the talon that held the yellow emerald then closed it quickly. "Besides. All I have to do it spray you with water." she opened her mouth her sharp white teeth gleaming in the sunlight and made a strange burning/ gurgling noise in her throat. Then came forth an agonizingly hot water stream that splashed against the white crest. It didn't come of. Dissapointed she uttered. "Guess your tellin' the truth..." she sighed. "Ah oh well." and opened her talon again the yellow emerald gleaming in the sunlight (what if Robotnic chose this moment to steal it~?)

Knuckles was on his hands and knees now, gasping for air. "*cough cough* Wow-- *cough* --talk about trial--*cough* --by water-- *cough*. Did you not hear me when I said a LAKE?!" He said looking up at the dragon.

"Oh hmmm do you see any lakes in the -ssss- desert?!" she said her tail lashing the emerald still in her talons, thrumming with energy.

Eclipse giggles and smiles at Tails.
"I'm a Fox/Pheonix hybrid but I thing I have a bit of some type of reptile in me becouse of my venom and when I get angry my eyes look reptilian like.I felt th M.E calling to me and well It started talking to me when I touched it and I talk back. This Crystal/Gem works kinda like the chaos emeralds without the power and it absorbed my amulet so it absorbs my extra enrgy/power. It serves as a vessel for Chaos and he can absorb the stored energy. I hope I explained well enough for you....I usally don't talk so much but the others have helped me with my trust issues and social anxiety. I still suffer from those occasionaly but I'm getting better."

"Darn right im tellin' the truth. No, but there is a coastline. I understand you're mad and all but boilin' me alive? That was uncalled for," The echidna said getting up and locking eyes with the dragon. "And yes, if you didn't know that echidnas were almost extinct, you must've been in your cave too long. And just who assigned that task to you?"

"I understand," Tails said nodding. "So I guess you've had some experiences with Knuckles then,"

Eclipse grins "Yup I felt like he was to much of a grumpy guy and well I was bored I would prank him every now and again." Then Eclipse thinks about something. "Whenever Knuckles leaves the Island someone would set up these dangerous traps...I have never found out who but I would destroy them before knuckles ever got back. I doidn't think he would appreciate those traps and angel island had been my home for awhile." (If knuckles thinks dragons are cool I'm sure he would like Eclipse's fluffy dragon form. Since Eclipse is mostly mammel her dragon form is very fluffy.)

Tails nodded. "Sonic didn't appreciate them either, and I'm sure what happened couple weeks back is something we only want to happen once," Tails laughed a bit. "Knux does tend to be easy to tease,"

Eclipse nods "I had been ill then so I was late in destroying traps. Also Me and TD are the same species kinda so we have a Job We share so yeah just to warn you in advance if you come back here to visit."
