Backstory: Mercy grew up in a family of well-known air elementals and has never met a light elemental like herself. She feels like the black sheep of the family and is excited to meet people she can relate with. She has little knowledge of what she can do with her power and has no idea how to use it just yet, but her parents already taught her siblings how to use their element and she is worried they see her as weak. She aims to prove them wrong by eventually joining the guard.

You approsch the liht camp at long last. Its a beautiul place, and theway the sun is striking it it look samazing.
Youre almost at the entrance when you notice a hedge, shimmering wih light, enclosing the whole thing. And thers no way over. Guess this is their sagegaurd against intruders

Valkyrie hesitates, and takes a second pause from running. "Ah, yeah. Sure, why not. Lead the way, Christopher John Columbus." Pika gives an annoyed meow as Valkyrie picks the cat up, and holds it in her arms so she doesn't accidentally leave or loose the cat.
(I think she called John Christopher John Columbus because he was showing her the way to the cafeteria?...Sometimes I don't even know why my characters do things I guess...Is that crazy?)
