Thick vines hang from the mahogany branches and the crescent leaves of the giant trees are big enough to be used like gauze.

I smirk to myself and then I pull out my katana from it's sheath on my back to start cutting off the vines and leaves delicately instead of violently ripping them off.
I pause, cocking my head and replying to a voice heard by me alone. I mumble back saying, "No Sandy, you'll just scare the Griffis, maybe later when they're asleep." I go back to cutting away the vines.

You walk back to the injured male, your hands full of leaves and vines. He looks at you curiously.

I smile at him and then sit down. I hold out a handful of treats for him to eat and while he eats them I begin to tend to his injuries.

The Little Sylestie seems to have vanished. It must have been the spirit of an Offspring from the older Griffi.
