You know nothing about the small village you currently were in and you feel a tiny twinge of regret of why you didn't go to someone who could tell you about this place. Obviously, there was no mall or fashion places in the simple village you lived in. Nobody was on the streets, so you striding down the middle of them did nothing.
(Free action mode)

She kept on going along the middle of the street, flipping her tail in the ponytail. She gritted her teeth. So what if she couldn't tell? She kept on walking determinedly.

You can hear a faint cough in the distance and Ves yelling out the professor's name

I tiptoe towards the noise, looking for objects to bolt behind if someone or something gets close.

(There's no gym in your starting village. Also, your starter is level one. Challenging a gym with one level one pokemon? I wouldn't suggest that :P)

There was no gym, but as you walked down the small dirt path away from your home, you see lots of tall grass fit for exploring. Full of wild pokemon!

Torching chirped happily and bumped it's head against your hand. It was ready! You can now explore tall grass areas.

Ves tells you as the platform descends into the darkness. It became really dark that you couldn't see anything anymore, although you could feel Ves constantly moving around.

Constant choked on the smoke. He did live in a polluted city for a while, but that helped him none in this. "What- How does that result in this?"

There was absolutely nothing else to see, and the narrator is worried for your storyline.

You could hear Ves talking.
"Professor? Are you okay?" And more coughs from a second person, presumably the professor.

The platform descended and stopped as a par of doors slid open.
"I really don't know, this is unusual. The professor may be in trouble." Ves says before rushing off into the smoke. You could hear him yelling for the professor.

You saunter into the tall grass and something jumps at you!
A wild pidgey has appeared!
It is level one, what do you wish to do?
