Set up the exchange and CoD'd, but slightly confused what to do for the pet/breeding selection.

@NightbaneWolf Okay, sure!

@Bluesparrow Go to the currency exchange page. In the top corner, there is a door where you can create an offer. Enter 1 for gold and 100 for diamonds. Then create the offer.
