The girl shook her head. "No. I was never given one. Doesn't your father know that she sent you here? Why didn't he come get you?" She asked. "Itri was going to give me one, but then he got distracted, and ran off before he could think of one"

"My father...my father was killed." she looked at the ground."He could never come get me,because when my mother took me away,my father tried to get me back...the police say that he died a natural death..but I think my mother killed him."Her eyes were filled with sadness,but that quickly faded."I don't talk about it much,considering i have nobody to talk to in that room."She laughed lightly,trying to kill the mood of sadness that hung in her mind."My father taught me how to shoot guns and throw knives..."She moved her hand to her sleeve and pulled out a pocket knife."He told me to always carry one of these."she smiled and put it away.

The girl jumped back, hissing slightly, when the other girl revealed the knife, but quickly recovered. "Why didn't you kill your mother after she killed your father? It would have been easy if you were trained."

"I only use the knife when needed.And not on friends,so don't worry."she said as the other girl jumped back."Well,i didn't know she killed him until she sent me here.So I've never got the chance for revenge."She said calmly.

"Oh... What's a friend?" She asked. "And would she have killed you father without the police noticing? Poison? Wouldn't they have been able to detect the poison in his system though?"

She shook her head."I'm not sure."Then her mood brightened."A friend is someone you can trust and that you hang out with."She smiled."But that's okay if you don't think of me as a friend.Just know that I trust you,even though we just met." she said.

"You're very trusting. Stop it. You'll die that way." The young girl said, her expression dark. Then she brightened up a bit. "So Itri is a friend? Good to know. So you had wings before you came here? How?"
(Jeez this kid is cynical)

"Born with them i guess.I don't remember much,since i got here at least."she sighed."So who is Itri?will I get to meet him?" she asked excitedly.

"Well, I'm looking for him right now, so when I find him you'll meet him I guess" She turned around suddenly. "If you hurt him, even accidentally, I won't hesitate to end you, right there, right then, understand?" Then, without waiting for an answer, she turned back around and continued walking. "I was trying to be stealthy, but I guess that's not an option with you following me around" She said. She inhaled deeply. "Itri!!! Itri where are you?!!"

She narrowed her icy eyes,then said,"I guess that's fair.But hey,i can be stealthy!" and started walking after her."I've hunted before.I know how to stay unseen and walk silently even on crunchy leaves."She glanced around confidently,as if daring a guard or scientist to attack.
