I stopped using my tablet because the touch sensitivity stopped working, if it just needs an update how do you do that? will be amazing if I can get it working again!

Generally I just restart it. The update is the Window update on the system, not the tablet.

There was a point where it stopped working and restarting doesn't help. I went online, download the newest installation for the series and it ended up working fine after installing that.

Good luck on making it work!

I'd suggest the lower end of the wacom spectrum if you're a beginner (bamboos are good)! Or, if you must have a higher one, look into buying used. c:
I got my Intuos3 used for around 75$ and it lasted me 6 years!

Another option is a Monoprice tablet, which is about $60 and I've heard works just as well or better in some people's opinions, though I haven't tried it myself!

(Is it sad I fangirled that a site artist was giving me advice? ...Because I just made this noise I didn't realize I was capable of making. o-o")

http://www.amazon.com/Wacom-Bamboo-Pen-and-Touch/dp/B002OOWC3S I was thinking this one, It looks really good and it looks pretty cheap. Anyone wanting to yell insults at it, I'm all ears! XD

That's very similar to the one I have! I have the Bamboo Pen (basically just an older model I guess). I've had it for a few years now and it still works great. I haven't had any major troubles with it. It's a little bit smaller then what I'd prefer, but it gets the job done. I think it would be a good tablet for someone who's never used one before.

Bamboo is really hard for me to use...for me. I'm just too lazy to get used to it and it's somewhere in my closet...but it works perfectly fine!

Yeah, I've heard some itty complaints that it can be hard to use at first if you aren't used to tablets, but If I put effort into it I'm sure I'll get somewhere! :D And some complaints about it being a bit small, but I'm sure I'll be able to manage. xP Thank you all!! :D

To be fair, any tablet will be hard to use at first if you've never used one before. xD It takes a while to build the hand-eye coordination you need. So no matter what tablet you get, don't get discouraged if you can't draw very well with it right away.
