Lomaris hunkers down a little, blinking his emerald eyes woefully. "I'm not very fast......" He says glumly, a fact every kid in his village has made sure he knows well.

She frowned before sitting crossed-legged on the floor, looking him into the eyes again before giggling while speaking,
"I don't care! I got no friends so I need somebody to play with and you seen nice! Wanna hug? You look like you gonna start crying."

Flax suddenly lunged forward at the acceptance before wrapping Lomaris in the best hug she could, purring deep in her throat as she did.
"Lonely buddy!"

Lomaris hugs her back, closing his eyes. He's strong, but gentle, even as a 6 year old.

She started purring even louder for a couple of seconds before just straight up flopping half onto his lap like a house-cat.

She just contently closed her eyes, happy enough to just lay in his lap.
Suddenly though, there was a loud rusting in a nearby bush and a pair of furious yellow eyes glared at Lomaris. Whoever that was did NOT seem happy!

Lomaris took in a sharp breath, green eyes going wide once again. He drew back a little, staring fearfully at the eyes in the bush.

Flax lazily opened an eye at the sharp inhale, glancing over to the bush before closing her eyes again like she didn't give a damn.
The person in the bush suddenly let out a loud hiss that had Flax sitting bolt upright, "Oh gosh he found me-"
