Well, your character's quirk is very similar to Bones's. So could you change it?
After you fix that she's accepted. (Also, her being a pyromaniac is pretty rad.)

I'm sorry, but I don't really see how they're similar. Rysko turns into a full dragon while Bones gains some extra (took me ages to find a word that worked) weapons? Skin? Something? (My brain is mush sorry)

Appearance: Dark hair shot through with silver even though he's only seventeen. Piercing steel-grey eyes. About 5'7" in height and very thin- to the point where it looks like a slight breeze might push him over. Constant dark circles under his eyes, it's like he never gets a good night's rest. When he uses his quirk, his eyes will glow bright silver and he'll seem to stand very still in an almost hypnotic way.
Hero Costume: Pure black jumpsuit with a silver belt and grey hooded cloak, silver boots and gloves.
Name: Mortimer 'Mort' Whitlock
Hero Name/Title: Silvertongue
Age: (Sixteen/Seventeen) 17
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Doesn't care, straight I guess? Too tired and cranky to date anyone.
Quirk: (has to match up with Aesthetic one way or another.) Aetherspeak- when Mort is using his quirk, his voice can charm anything with ears to do his bidding. For example, if he were to ask you 'sit down and go to sleep', you would. When he uses his charmspeak, mist swirls around him which he can control at will, although mostly it is only usable as a distraction or escape mechanism.
Quirk Flaws: He has a range- anything outside of audible earshot won't be affected by his quirk. Additionally, deaf or hearing-impaired individuals are immune to Mort's charmspeak. If the person entranced by Mort's charmspeak leaves his range, they must complete his last order, but the spell is consequently broken- which may cause some messy situations. He usually has to channel the mist he summons in some way or it will become too foggy to see, which can definitely be a disadvantage.
Aesthetic(s): Gloomcore/Ravencore
Personality: Constantly, constantly tired. Gloomy, pessimistic, 'only does things because he has to'. A perfectionist.
Likes: Coffee. Overcast days. The color black. Ravens. Silence.
Dislikes: The sun. Springtime. Furry animals. Loud people; they scare him.
Strengths: Mort is practical, level-headed, and hard to make mad. He blatantly ignores most 'unimportant' details. As a perfectionist, he makes sure everything he does is quality work and expects the same of everyone else. (totally not like Myst here, lol)
Weaknesses: Mort is scathing, exasperated, and cranky, as if he's constantly running off four hours of sleep. He has an extremely pessimistic attitude which most find irritating, and he hates spending time with actual human beings, far preferring to be alone somewhere gloomy and depressing.
Backstory: Mort was raised by a wealthy and powerful family, which kind of killed him inside. He constantly tried to live up to his parents' expectations, which he eventually exceeded, but this was an immense strain to his mental health. He took refuge in small trips to his parents' cabin deep in the woods, an incredibly tranquil and relaxing place for him. He honestly isn't too enthused by the idea of BNHA, but he'll do whatever it takes to impress his parents. Mort was born in Great Britain but raised, for the most part, in Japan.
