Ahmewave swam toward where she had sensed the other mermaid and gasped when she saw one. "W-who are you?" She asked, flicking her tail nervously. Hydrashaw had finally caught up and gave a late gasp.


Alex let out a sigh of relief and then looked at the tip. He smiled and put it in the tip jar, which was made to look like a cat. He wrote down a note on his notepad. 'Sunday, 7:30'. He giggled like a little girl and began making a fresh batch of muffins out of pure joy.

Eva's eyes lit up with excitement. She examined her tail swimming around her "Im Eva! Who are you" she asked looking at her pet and smiling and floating in front of her her scales lighting up a little

Nate took out his phone and texted some of his friends before heading to the beach for a swim

"My names Ahmewave, and this is Hydrashaw." She gestured to her seaslug who gurgled happily. "I haven!t seen other mermaids around here in a while.....where are you from?" She was curious.

Alex served many people that day, his mind hoping Sunday would come fast. He pondered on what to wear. He got so distracted he almost forgot he had to make a dilivery that day. He jumped on his bike with the cake and sped down the road.

"i was born here but my parents forgot about me" she shrugged

Nate walked back home to get some swimming shorts from his house

"Oh. Thats pretty sad. Well, Wanna be friends?" She asked. She didn't really want to be alone.


Alex delivered the cake and sat on a bench to rest. He really needed to hire someone. He decied he'd put up some help wanted ads tommorow.

"yeah wanna see my home!?!" she asked happily

Nate grabbed his swimming trunks and walked outside walking to the beach

"Yeah!" She did a small flip in happyness.

Alex rode past the beach, but not going on it. The sand was shining and the water sparkling, but he knew how dark they could turn.

Eva flipped out the water in happiness and diving back in going to a secret tunnel "in here" she said smiling and disappeared into the tunnel "hurry before the humans see us" tail scales lit up the tunnel showing critters and more crawling around

Nate got to the beach with a friend they both got into there swimming trunks and dived into the water

I walk out of my house and climb a tree, resting in its branches

She waited as the other mermaid came in before closing the entrance with a boulder only she could move and swam deeper into the cave before coming upon a opening above she poped her head up and sat upon the rocks
