I'm cisgender and pansexual myself and use she/her pronouns, but I don't mind if someone uses they/them or he/him. Like Phoenix, I do sometimes use male avis but not often.
Anyway, I have two pretty good friends who aren't cis: one is non-binary (let's call them Alex), and one is... not exactly genderfluid, but I don't know what term /she/ prefers. (let's call them Avery). Obviously not their real names, but I'm not going to put their real names online.
Avery was born female and stayed with those pronouns for a while, but about two years ago started slowly transitioning over to the male side of the spectrum. For a while he was happy with the term 'transgender' but this up until the start of this school year, he was homeschooled. He chose to go to the public high school for his remaining four years, and also decided that he would go back to using she/her pronouns at school and he/him at home. I admit I've slipped up a couple times and called her 'him' because that's what she identified as when I met her. However, Avery has been amazing and really nice and is pretty understanding of us accidently using the wrong pronouns. I've also stepped aside with some teaches after class to explain Avery's pronouns to them because her (real) name is generally one given to boys.
For Alex, I only met them at a summer camp last year, and realized they actually live really close to where I do. We're not as close as me and Avery but we still do see each other often. I remember talking to them about pronouns and stuff, and that Alex was the first non-cis person I'd met (as far as I know). They described it as a bit of a wheel, or a dial rather than switch that points at a certain gender. They were born female, like Avery, but for a while wavered between male and female pronouns, not feeling quite comfortable with either, but they didn't realize for a while they didn't want to use either - they thought it had to be one or the other. Alex was actually really lucky, in my opinion, because they had two mothers, not a mother and a father, so they received a lot of support in figuring out their pronouns. It was only recently before I met them that they figured out about they/them.
So I know none of this was really advice for you, but rather just me talking about my experiences, but I hope there's something here that might help you and I'm willing to talk to either of them for you, if you need. Of course, there are loads of amazing and super accepting people here, so you probably won't need it. Good luck!

I think im mostly cisgender but do have a little asexuality (like at home. I literally wear boys' jersey shorts and a random shirt and I'm not totally on either side of the line (no makeup but no sport addictionsif you catch my draft). Pretty much all of my friends are cisgender or don't know what the different terms are (i presume). There's one girl that likes tomboy styles tho, not sure about her but that' sit.
Oh and a new friend of mine is probably gay or something, he has a boyfriend. So..yeah.
Heh.
Fun.

I thank you for your time anyway! .^.
I really started this post just about gender and pronouns anyway so your stories are appreciated! Its only been a short while since Summer fest but now that ive been really thinking about it, ive really comfortable with he/him for most of my time after learning about the gender debates [thank you internet, I had no idea about all that stuff till I got on the internets]. So I really dont think i can label myself they-them
. I think I'm really just a unusual case xD.

Asexual or agender? They're usually different things - asexual/ace referring to love preferences and agender referring to what gender you identify with yourself.

Do you mind me asking if you'd prefer to go by he/him or she/her?

Ack agender
*brainfart*
I know the difference i just keep mixing them up :P
but its like a "half and half" thing.
Like i'm mostly female, but occasionally when I'm playing as Nic i'll feel agender.
HEY GUYS
unrelated but
I just figured out
Roleplaying is basically
The more adult version of
Playing pretend
*pats self head in pride*
