Kaeliera sat on a rocky perch, high in the mountains, waiting for one of the other tribes to try to cross the border. Even though it wasn't her job, as her tribe wasn't attacking anyone, she had nothing better to do, not to mention she rather doubted the defenders were truly competent. So she sat, watching for intruders.

"Do you know if we have enough ragwort?" Pine asked Tijana as she came out of the den. "We need to be stocked up when the winter comes so that we don't get caught off guard."

Mulberry || Tribe of the Forests || Plant Control || Interacting with Astrana

Mulberry cracked a smile. That's how Tijana paint the markings on her face. Quite an effective strategy, at least, if it isn't raining." Mulberry plucked a few more bushels off of the bush, then began heading back to camp.

Cypress || Tribe of the Meadows || Plant Control, Super Speed || Interacting with Silverleaf and Cardinal

"Silverleaf!" Cypress called, trying to get his attention. Cypress trotted up to the stallion. "Would you mind taking Cardinal with you?" he said as a young, female horse walked up next to him. "It would be good experience for her, especially since there are some dogs running loose."

Blackthorn teleported next to Rou. "Would I be able to take Lilac out for a hunting mission to teach her? I think she wants to be a hunter, and this could be helpful." he asked. To be honest, Blackthorn didn't really know what Lilac wanted to be, but, he knew that he didn't want to be alone while he was hunting. It was creepy, and knowing that there were dogs loose in the meadows just made him more nervous.

Shale flew above the mountain range, looking diligently for intruders. You never knew what the otters were planning, especially with their hypnosis ability. That made them even more dangerous. Typhoon wanted to be able to take over the ocean, but only with the right reconnaissance. It was tricky dealing with the otters, mainly because of that aforementioned hypnosis. Many birds had fallen victim to that in the past raids, and all of them had to be killed. Shale spotted a gray figure sitting in a crag, she turned invisible, just in case.

Kaeliera heard wingbeats behind her, and immediately swept some dust into the air in that area. She saw a hollow area in the cloud of dust shaped like a bird. Worried it was a hypnotized bird, Kaeliera flew toward it, ready for anything.
"Identify yourself!" she cried as she got close.

Astra giggled imagining how it would look like in the rain. She trotted behind Mulberry intensely studying the forest.

Shale relaxed, recognizing the shrill sound of a bird of prey. "I am Shale, from the Tribe of the Mountains, and an attacker with invisibility." she responded. "Who are you?"

Mulberry trotted into camp and put the berries in the shallow holes the Tribe had dug.

"I'm Kaeliera, another attacker of the Tribe of the Mountains, temporarily acting as a defender until I'm needed elsewhere," Kaeliera replied, relaxing slightly

Shale nodded. "I need to preform a check on you to make sure you are not under the influence of the otters." she stated. Shale quickly turned invisible, and hovered for a moment, waiting to see if there was a reaction.

"I understand," Kaeliera said, before diving to a rocky outcrop and sitting, waiting for Shale.

Shale Flew up to Kaeliera and checked her pupils. Animals affected by hypnosis usually had slits for pupils instead of their normal shape. The pupils seemed to be in their normal shape. Next Shale checked the head for any abnormalities. Lastly, she turned back visible and flew away. She circled back and hid to see if Kaeliera had done any suspicious activities in the short period she had been gone.

"Yes, that would be fine. Report to me her progress when you return, however. It is very important that we are able to factor in every detail." Rou replied. Her long tail brushed the grass beneath her. "If you run into any threats that you are able to handle, protect her. She'll most likely wrap vines around herself in defense. If you cannot handle those threats, teleport both of you out of there. Understood?"
