Bev sat in her home room doodling, she was the first one there. The clacking of chalk on the green board ringing in her ears as she waited for her classmates. It was the first day of January, that means new kids and a new year. She hoped this year would be a good year and the normals would stop harassing her friends and family.

Cole continued running like a madman, and murmuring, and ran smack dab into somebody. Reeling backwards, he Shifted to he was human, and blurted, *SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY OMG IM SORRY...*

Kaden was snapped back into reality as he stumbled forward, barely able to catch himself from falling. He turned around to see Cole apologizing, clearly in a frenzy. He sat there for a second, reluctant to help a human. Eventually he said, "I'm fine, just please watch where you're going."

Breathing hard, he said, *i will, thanks. And sorry. Who are you?*

Bellamy sighed, walking towards the ladies' dorms. Her wild and curly hair flew out behind her and she flipped open a small pocket mirror in her hand. She glanced in it for a few seconds, then whispered: "Show me home." At once, an image showed her family at home, all of them sitting together around a cozy fire. She missed them.

The young lady slipped out of the home room and watched the young men, slowly sliding out of the doorway. "What happened?", she asked, semi quietly, not wanting to scare the living daylights out of them.
