I'm a shiny hunter rather than a stat breeder, but I wanted to say Congrats on Razzmatazz! I sometimes take a stab with stat breeding when I'm shiny hunting via eggs, so I know it can take a long time to get a shiny stat-boosted pokemon. x}
I think the luckiest I've ever gotten with it was my 6v shiny Drampa. I don't know a thing about natures, so I don't know if his Naughty nature is any good for a Drampa, but then again I don't really do the competitive play so. I'm happy with him regardless. His name is Henry and I love him.

Encountering a wild pokemon with pokerus is actually rarer than encountering a wild shiny. However since pokerus spreads between pokemon, it isn't hard to obtain one over trade.
HOWEVER, I have indeed caught a wild pokemon with pokerus before. It was a gothitelle, which I almost didn't catch at all.
PS. It is a common misconception that pokerus increases exp gain. Pokerus actually increases the amount of EVs (effort values) a pokemon gains through battling. Just a fun fact for you.

Congrats on Razzmatazz!
I've done tons of breeding projects in my recent Pokemon game, and received quite a few Pokemon with near-perfect IVs from wondertrading. My projects went slow as molasses without the Destiny Knot, but I got fairly close with most of them ^^
Can I ask, does the lower accuracy of Draco Meteor / Fire Blast / Stone Edge cause problems? I've found a 95 accuracy feels like 70 sometimes... Also, what was your EV spread? I've never tried to run a mixed Garchomp.
