ok, I've run into a ligira, I can't see it, I can't fight it...and It won't let me try to capture it at all...

If it does not load properly. Exit the Zone and then try again.
You have to leave the zone anyway. It just is not displaying properly. But just click Exit Zone and then enter the Summer Festival zone.

I have the same problem. I found one, but I can't see or capture it.

The problem with the invisible Lighiras was because of a spelling change at the last minute. I forgot to change it in a spot and that was causing broken invisible ones to appear.
There is nothing I can do to fix the broken ones. Just simple battle and defeat them.
The problem should be resolved and invisible ones should no longer appear.
