Yes you can. Monarch Puff list is now as follows: Seagold, Aliciahou, Sakurachan, Strike, Malas120, Cherryblossom19876, Omgig, Kittenroar, Bumblebreeze.
Anyone who gets on the list before the Spring Festival gets the reduced price.
