Edit: You're right Velyanthe, in this game in particular, focus is good. c: /then again, I play this game and only this game aha
Instead of adding some insult-for-advice to injury, I'll add my input. ^^; I'll also try to send some gear if I can, but the gear you have looks pretty good, so it seems like you were either prepped or something aha.
(actually, I'll have to know the trees for your tanks to help the tanks in specific)
From my guide, I like to adhere to these gear sets per pet:
For the most part, you follow the table, but just to at least get your first team into gear, I'll be sending items as an upgrade. :)
So try to redistribute your mages (Bubbles, Crunch, and Pawprint) to have all Evoker Gear.
For your fighters (Radioactive, Clover, Lexie), have them use all Myrmidon Gear.
Your tanks should be using either assassin for physicals, or illusionist for magicals.
For mages, have the first 10 prof points into intelligence.
For fighters, first 10 prof points into strength.
For tanks, first 10 prof points into health.
Do this for at least your main team.
With the extra prof points, just put them wherever you'd like. Just make sure to have 10 in the one important stat. c:
For the level up points, I prefer 3/4 of the level ups in the major stat (intelligence for mages, strength for fighters, HP or agility (defense basically) for tanks).
The other 1/4 can be for HP.
edit:
for your first team:
Lyra: Give him all illusionist gear. I have sent a lvl60 legendary Illusionist Armor and a lvl50 Illusionist Bracer. Take Bubbles' Illusionist Bracer and give it to him as well.
Bubbles: I have sent an Evoker relic and two Evoker bracers of good quality, equip them to him. ^^
Radioactive: I sent two Myrmidon bracers and relic as well. c: They should fit her nicely.

Well...I've somewhat recently put together an arena team that does very well for event raids and other stuff, they are level 25 and can knock out level 60s and their points are distributed in an interesting way (which actually gave Hund a bit of a head pain since it didn't copy any normal sylestian mold for a team..apparently I found a new way somehow lol since my team isn't suppose to work but it does and did)
well, they are also mini-stat pets at the same time lmao, but I'm sure the set-up I used may work with yours as well.
Can you do me a favor and wipe, reset and empty your pets out then Link me them? Thanks

I'm not super concerned about working out stats--if something works, it works, and I might as well just do the whole "all in one" sort of thing. (Which would be quicker than resetting then linking them... I'm just resetting and reallocating points all at once.)

I prefer to have a basic, simple-to-understand build. Once the player knows the feel of each stat, then it can be distributed to their liking.
I have built my pets so that the tank takes hits and the other two pets output the most damage, in the simplest build possible. It's literally taking ALL the points into one stat.
The main thing is, is that once you get a working build, you can understand why it works. :) Helping a user that doesn't really understand how stats work with a basic build is good.
Like, I see the logic in putting all 10 stat points in strength. Because it makes the stat stronger. Any user can do it.

Hmm..should I make a player guide? I feel so tempted to make a guide called 'how to break sylestia'..LOL only cause i be lying if I said my arena team didn't break some minds already lmao XD

Well, that works but at the same time putting them all in one stat is not a too good idea, as for my arena team, it's just lightly tipped when distributed, though it is very well leaned toward one stat.

umm, I've seen many people just post discussions on their builds instead of calling it a guide. o.o
I have a quote from Krin here:
"I mean, (I hope), there's never a right answer on how to spec a pet. If there is, I really failed lol.
If you can beat content, you're doing it right. And at that point, play how you want.
I'm sure there's some sort of "statistical" perfect combination... but I couldn't even tell you what it is. And I don't think any game is meant to be played that way... I hope with our new system that I'll unlock even more possibilities of how to play because I honestly think atm it's pretty restrictive." from my guide aha
So it's possible to have different combinations that are still successful.
