Eventually the trees went away altogether, and the dirt underneath your feet turned to stone. A few yards later, you found yourself standing at the edge of a cliff that dropped away to a shimmering blue sea.

Rose stops and stares at the shimmering sea hypnotizes by the swirling sea. She takes a deep breathe in of the sea air. Soon after she heads down to the sea to dip her feet in the water.

There aren't any trails you can find that lead down to the sea, the cliff is a sheer drop and it's almost like the entire forest is on top of the cliff.
