Her phoenix stands out from all of the birds, soaring gracefully around the teacher, gently pecking Snape's ear before flying towards her and landing on her shoulder softly. Shy nibbles her hair gently, giving a soft chirp.

Her owl, Polaris, gracefully lands on her shoulder.

She smiles brightly, gently petting Shy and whispering to her gently. She then unwraps the letter around Shy's ankle, reading it.

Polaris nuzzled Vae softly, and she stroked her feathers.

She chuckles at her father's message, looking up to see six owls carrying a long package. She smiles brightly, knowing what it was.

She didn't expect anything from her parents-yet. She already had everything she needed so far.

She gently takes it from birds, setting it on the table as her fellow Slytherin gather around her, speaking about what it might be. She opens it quickly, taking the newest made broom out and inspecting it closely. Not even a scratch on it could be seen. She smiles brightly, thankful for what she had gotten.

She looks over. So she got a new broom. Like before, she had gotten everything she'd need, and that included the newest broom model. She turned back around. The broom and all her other stuff was in her room, including that broom.

" Hey, Vae, don't you already have that broom? " One boy said. Vae nodded.
