As the smell of cooking pancakes filled the room, a peaceful look appeared on the angel's face. Alyssa leaned back against the counter as she waited, turning around to examine the furnishing of her dorm as she did.
Hearing Damari's question, the image of a Maine Coon appeared in her mind. "Well, while I don't own him, there's a stray cat that likes to visit me a lot." For a moment, the orange-haired woman paused before explaining, "It's gotten the point where I leave food out for him everyday. He seems to like being free though, so I'm not planning on adopting him."
Turning back towards the boy, she asked, "What about you?"

Damari burns his forearm as he fumbles up once, but he doesn't react as much as he could have. He places his arm under cold water from the tap for a minute before returning to the pancakes in time to keep the pancakes from burning.
"Ah.. no pets for me. I think I used to have a lizard, but I can't remember her too well. I would like to get a cat, not sure what species though. One that won't mind being cuddly. A dog would be cool, too. You could go on runs with it and some of them demand attention as well. Or they can help with hunting, but I don't really enjoy that hobby."
There's soon a stack of pancakes. Damari separates them into two equal piles, placing one on the table for Alyssa and keeping the other for himself. He grabs out a fork and eats the pancakes plain, not bothering with sitting down. He prefers standing at times and at others he'd beg to sit down.

8:56-9:51 am - Free period
9:57 -10:47 am - Art
10:53-11: 43 am - Gym
11:49 am-1:13 pm - Lunch/Recess
1:19-2:09 pm - Music
2:15-3:05 pm - Math

He chides himself for being so nervous. Arrithe Azemoch, get a hold of yourself. This will be fine. You will be fine. End of story.
