Ainsleigh & Tatsu

"Then let's not dawdle." Ainsleigh called out. "Tats, grab the other egg. I want to get out of here and salvage whatever life we can have left with Ashleigh." She told her mate as she grabbed the zolnixi hybrid egg.

Tatsu grabbed the Mirai egg and closed ranks on Ainsleigh.

"Portal's still open solet's move it. Tomen, want to guide us out of the darkness?" Ainsleigh asked.

Tomen Nodded and put Blue On His Back Stepping through the portal. It was like stepping through a door and his feet landed on grass he flattened his ears and Laid Blue down before looking up seeing Blue and Apollo on an Adjacent Island, it was unmistakable that was his son... Tomen's chest felt like it was about to explode as he watched them. " Riker!" He yelled to the top of his lungs ecstatic to be back even if time had be turned around.

The first thing Blue could feel was Tomen pick her up but she couldn't move on her own, to be honest she was enjoying being carried for once. but when he laid her down again and his voice rang through her ears she couldn't help but force her eyes open. she was able to move her head just enough to catch a glimpse of her kit all grown up before her eyes forced themselves back closed. hopefully Damion had done as told, if not that ****** was in for an******whooping once she could stand back up on her own.

Damion was walking through the forest now baron and scorched when her heard a voice that sent shivers down his spine...." Tomen.." he thought out loud turning to the sound. It had been ten years since they left, he was sure Blue and him had died, but he wouldent have dared to tell the rugrats that. though as he though about it they were not rugrats any more... and he was getting to be an old Tom Himself. with a sigh he started in the direction of Tomen's voice. thoughts flooding his mind, he knew he was never as good of a parent as blue and Tomen could have been, but he had done as he was told.

Flash Back (if you remember when Blue drug Damion out of the guild hall and I never explained what happened...)
" You know how these things work Damion.... and I'm sure you know why I drug you out here" She said glaring down at him condecindingly. " Well I-I was assuming you were just going to put my tail in my mouth... but I'm starting to question my judgment." The calm vixen sighed " Tomen wouldent like this so I needed an excuse... Look we are going into an Unmarked, when we leave the children are your responsibility If we fail to return I want you to assume the role of their parent." she oaused to be sure I was following " But why me?" I said Stanging trying to disipher the complex statments " Because I know you will teach them well... and I know you wont let them forget us" she said with a smile that was almost sad. at that moment I could see it in her eyes she was entrusting me with the thing she treasured more than her own life. " I see.... I will do as you wish ma'ma" I said dipping my head out of habbit. she tured to leave, but turned around to finish our conversation " oh and if you don't... I'll unleash hell upon my return... and your tail won't be the only thing in your mouth.." she said with a smirk that made my hair stand on end....


It had been ten years since then, now it was time to had the rugrats over.

a huge vine appeared and connected the two islands, Riker ran across it and over to Tomen and Blue. When he was on the smaller island he smiled, he was now taller than Tomen, even so he didn't seem that different, he took a moment to breath "Mom, Dad, I- I missed you so much..." He began to cry tears of joy "I began to think you wouldn't ever come home, Pine said you were gone, but I didn't want to believe it"


A year after the group disappeared...

Pine walked up to the children "I don't know how to say this besides saying it how it is... Your parents might be dead, they could be gone forever... I'm sorry, I truly am" He explained the children began to cry, Riker tried to hold back the tears yet he couldn't

Tomen Smiled and wrapped his neck around him in a hug and placed a paw on his shoulder taking a deep breath holding back tears of his own. " I'm Proud of you.." was all he could manage at the Time.. he was sure Blue would have him sit down later and tell of the time they were gone, but while she was unresponsive everyone could get a break.

Damion made it to the edge and stood by Apollo looking down at his old clan mates " We should get them inside as soon as possible... it seems some will need minor medical attention.. Plus I'm sure you and your mother need some time to catch up. " he said with a smile before letting out a Howl to signal the others.

[ sounds good, so is everyone else dead? is that a safe assumption?]

[No, but I plan on someone explaining what happened to the guild later... Besides that I still need a name for Blue and Tomen's second child]

Nina came out and she saw Apollo in the distance. "My son." Nina said she then shouted. "Apollo!" She was so happy to see her son. She wished she hadn't left. She jumped to another island.

((OOC: Really appreciate all of you being so patient with me, especially on the weekends. This week wil be rather slow for posting, as I have a couple job fairs to prepare for.))


Tatsu & Ainsleigh

The Ny'vene egg rattled a little in Tatsu arm, causing a little vibration of his elbow. "Huh." he grunted, as he looked down and acknowledged the godling egg. Even then he heard his buddy Tomen hailing Riker and he looked up hoping perhaps to catch a glimpse of his little daughter, despite what the white zolnixi witch had said. Alas, he had a bitter feeling in his gut when he looked up and saw the fully grown Riker and Apollo staring at them from across the void. But no Ashleigh left a sinking feeling in his gut. He wasn't sure whether he was hoping she was grounded because nobody was there to teach her how to fly and she was busy someplace else, or upset because she had to learn how to fly from somebody else, so was out on patrol or had left all together. Ainsleigh likewise was crestfallen inside to not see Ashleigh across the airspace along side her two childhood friends. Externally though, she appeared unmoved, since her mate was by her side and draeyl children leave home and find or start a pack independant of their family unit. She gently set the Zolnixi egg next to its sister. "Thank you for bringing us home, regardless of the circumstances." She told the white zolnixi. The gently yipping and happiness of Tomen's and Blue Jay's reunion with their son turned Ashleigh's head toward them. Even Nina's exclamation for Apollo forced Ainsleigh to set aside the bittersweet feelings in the pit of her stomach. she smiled for her friends and leaned against Tatsu to lend her some strength. She hadn't given up hope, but she would need to shore herself up in case there was some bad news they needed to prepare for.
