Yes. If you exit a zone, its Named are cleared and won't respawn until their timer is up.

And the Patriotic Pets are not that rare.

The Pyrotechnics and Traitors are pretty rare, which is why we extended their availability.

Does running away from normal sylesties and Marauders have effect on your chances of finding Patriotic pets or traitors?
