Nodding, Saerien closed his eyes for a moment, and his body changed; He fell onto all fours, his neck extended, his beak shrank, and he sprouted scales. In seconds, he was a true dragon, his head at six feet off the ground.
(He became a smaller dragon so he could fit into the cave.)
