Saren stopped what he was doing for a second when he heard Victor come in. He gave a soft smile, and finished the rest of his things up.
"Hi, it's nice to meet you. You're Victor, right?" He finally said out of politeness, turning around and smiling a bit more. He was a little jittery, but he was happy to meet someone new.

Phoenix rolled his eyes at Indigo. "Sheesh." Then he noticed Merc. Qrll, his blurry outline anyway. "Oh, let me guess-you're Mercedes?"

Peggi kwpt on petting Ella. It was a change from the birds she usually lived with.

He nodded. " And I'm guessing you're Saren. Nice to meet you. " he said, looking over at him with a smile.

Mercedes stopped what he was doing, his hand jerking a little bit at the sound of his full name. Keep your cool, like Saren said. Don't get angry over every little thing... He reminded himself, and gave a little bit of an annoyed sigh.
"Just Merc." He replied and went back to unpacking.

Saren nodded lightly. "It's nice to know my roommate is nice at least. I'm glad I'm not stuck with somebody who is rude. You're much preferred." He laughed a bit, and set his bags under his bed for the time being.

"Fine with me. Dont call me Nico unless you want a dagger in your throat. Its phoenix. And contrar to what my sister says, do not call me Phoe or Nix."

" Same to you too. " He then finished putting his things away.

Luke nodded, agreeing with the other girl. "That's how I feel.", She whispered, itching her arm. "People like her ruin the reputation of rich people. Same for my father and the reputation of lower class.".

Her head tilted. " Your father? How? "

Mercedes gave a glance back at him, before he set everything under his bed. It was hard for him to keep his cool like this, but he promised himself he wouldn't flip out on the first day.
"Is threatening people your way of saying hi?" He finally said, turning towards him with his eyes slightly blazing. So much for keeping his cool today.
