Nra gasped in shock. She closed it. What was going on? What had Fortune done to this book? Something wasn't right about Fortune. This wasn't normal. She placed the book on her bedroom floor. She looked at the pages of it.

the first page had a message on it...
'If you are reading this, then you are a worthy mage.
This book has my life finding written in it,
among many other's
It will only show what you want it to
But if you are filled with greed,
then this book won't open
I can only hope that who ever's
hands this falls into will use it's
knowledge to help others
Unlike me, for I was overcome by greed
I now live at the top of The Great Tree as a spirit,
I do not deserve this knowledge
Please keep it
Please use it's knowledge for good

It was now apparent that Fortuna lied to Nra,
Maybe it was for the better...

Nra remember the first page. She shivered at the thought of becoming corrupt with greed. She then looked for any potions that would help with enchanting. She sighed. Poor Fortuna Nra thought. She then continued to read for the potions she was looking for.

Suddenly, the book's pages changed. It now only showed
pages that included instructions for 'Enchantment Potions'

She wasn't surprised since it was magic. She found a good one for water enchantment. She checked the one for fire enchantment. She read through it. She was surprised by the ingredients yet somehow she wished Fortuna could have told her more. Her brother's spirit smiled. "Nra you can handle it I am sure." He said.

Nra jumped in shock. Her brother laughed and smiled at the spirit. "Yes she is." Nra's brother said. Nra nodded and she pulled herself together.

So he wanted to be immortal so no one else could have the book.
