I'll be taking it easy, so no worries my Fiance is taking over most of the day to day stuff, and my fiance's mom is going to take Cordie tomorrow(she took the day off to help), and for the weekend, so I'll have time to get use to things without Cordie being home.

Yeah, I'll be asleep the whole time. I felt that requesting being fully sudated was the best idea cause of my PTSD and Panic Disorder, of which medical settings and medical professionals are triggers for flash backs and panic attacks. I didn't want to risk things on my end so I explained that me being asleep during the surgery would be best.

Thanks Ski, I will. I hope that you, and everyone have fun here while I'm gone. But I'll be back as soon as reasonablely possible to at least check in so you, and my other friends know how things went. And to let you know what my schedual is cause it's looking like I'm about to get kinda busy a few days each week.

Hello everyone!
Hope you are all doing well. I know things are getting better for me now. Granted I've still got things I'm worried about.
Here's what I'm still worried about:
1). My nerve test, I HAVE to have this done in order to find out how bad my carple tunnle really is. The orthopedic surgeon told me during the consoltation appointment that my Carple Tunnle may infact be the bigger problem than my cyst(though during the surgery it looks like both problems will be addressed). My nerve test is on the 26th of this month(August), and sadly it involves needles poking the nerves...something I'm REALLY not crazy about but, it has to be done so I can get my surgery done....so with fervent objection to being poked by needles I'll do my very best to control my PTSD and Panic Attack so make it go as smoothly and quickly as I can.
2). My surgery is likely going to be taking place between October to December...as the Surgeon said that it could take a couple months to get the date. Come to find out it's procidure to place people under when they are getting Carple Tunnle surgery(the cyst will be removed during the surgery too).
3). Due to when my surgery date being during the holiday season...I know that taking care of my family is about to get super crazy and challenging.... Which is why I was doing to add a Project Care Parcel: A Family Care Package. The purpose of this IRL request for help is to help my family and I get threw the holidays and my recovery as easy as can be made possible. I will post in purple things that would be a big help to us, and IF you can help please either ping me OR message me. I'll be including NON IRL help options as I know not everyone can help out people in real life, BUT IF by chance some one CAN provide any IRL help there will be ways listed for that too. To be compleatly honest ANY amount of help any of you can provide us would be VERY helpful!!!
4). A VERY minor worry in the scope of things but this upcoming diamond sale(which will be roughly between the 14th to the 21st, heard from Krin) will be my last diamond sale for roughly the next year....so after August I will no longer be buying diamonds... This is due to the fact that I MUST start saving ALL my spair cash to save up for my next service puppy who I'll be buying between October and December(depending on when she is born). So I'm hoping that some of you would do me the favor of either selling me diamonds or keeping an eye out for diamonds being sold for a reasonible price(2.5k gold per diamond OR less).
