A little while later...

Open grassland and rolling hills soon faded into vast desert sand and dunes. It was actually rather nice for a desert, all sorts of colorful cacti decorated the landscape beneath a cloudless blue sky. Sonic skidded to a halt, kicking up a cloud of dust as he did. "Well, here we are! Mitage Desert!"

COughing Azul stopped.."So where is the ice cream?"

Fans had picked up a assortment of flowed cacti on the way and had them floating near him..he poked a few softly and looked at the flowers
