I want to go to the ports to ask the sailors and ship captains what they know about the Wandering City.

You see a fisherman fishing on the docks, and two sailors talking as they carry cargo on to a fair sized ship.

I go talk to the fisherman, "Excuse me do you know anything about the Wandering city?"

He looks up at you, it's an old man who from his squinting eyes seems to be having some eyesight issues "Who's asking?" he says in a barely audible whisper.
