"Yeah, those were the bad guys back then." When she left Hoenn, all Team Magma and Team Aqua were were propaganda groups trying to say one element of nature was better than the other. People hardly believed them to be of any power. ((Until the events of RSE lolol))
"That's...awful, though I'm sure there's other trainers and authorities to handle them, right?" Adults and elite trainers older than her could be able to handle them. "Or you guys can make some calls to the other regions for help, right?"

It's been several minutes since she came in, and Iist became antsy for the professor. "Say, Ves, you didn't do anything to the professor, did you? Like accidentally trap him in a closet or something?" she laughed jokingly, seeing that he seemed much younger, probably having a sense of humor and time to kill.

"The shadow pokemon problem. I'm surprised you don't know; it was one of the reasons you were called hear, the other being your dad having work here. You know, missing trainers and evil pokemon problem?" Ves was going to say more, but a sound of a small explosion shook the house slightly. "Oh dear, I hope the professor's okay down there."

Am I supposed to fins everyone? I ask, trying to look like a detective.

"Oh, so you're that Matty the professor was always talking about. Well, well! Come in, don't just stand there!" He opens the door wider, gesturing for you to go inside.

"Why, of course not!" He laughed. "If the professor was to be trapped in a closet, he'd do it himself. He always gets stuck in his own devices. Anyways..." He trailed off as there was a poof in the corner of the room and smoke billowed out from under the bed. "Em, excuse me." He stood up and went to the bed, preparing to push.

"Well, the professor will give you the exact details. Anyways, Sharaga also has gyms and stuff! You could go and challenge them and become champion of the region!" Ves said, standing up and walking over to the bed in the corner of the room. "I'm going to check on the professor, okay?" He pushed the bed out of the way and pressed a button, vanishing.

The inside is relatively simple, looking nothing like a lab. A kitchen to your right and a bed in the corner, a huge shelf occupying the left wall, all slots labeled and some slots containing pokeballs. The man pulls out a chair for you. "Would you like some tea? Coffee, perhaps?"

Constant stands up with the man, clenching his teeth as the house shook. It was built quite sturdily, but Constant was more interested in what the heck that professor was doing. "... Is this a common occurrence or something?"

"Pretty normal. But we don't get this big explosions." He says as he begins to shove the bed out of the corner.

Iist got up to help Ves push the bed despite her speechlessness.

Ves and you push the bed out of the way to reveal a trap door sort of thing. With a press of the button, the door slid open and Ves stepped onto the platform underneath. "You coming?"
