Mine hatched with king fisher, not in favor of that and I'm not big ony any wing designs because they are not that noticeable usually.
So now behold *crosses fingers*
My two favorite genes on first disrupt :) And she has her bright red and silver glow showing through too. I'm like so frikin happy right now!

I was really debating disrupting this guy because I'm a big fan of Tanuki. But I really didn't like the way his original traits looked together:
So I decided to go for it. I had a small stack of disruptors and was prepared to use them all...
...but I didn't have to! My sweet boy decided to keep his Tanuki and sprout those lovely wings. I think Advanced Runes looks better with Tanuki than Flame Runes did. I'm quite satisfied!

One Trait Disruptor later--
Well, it's okay, but I was really hoping for Fairy Wings.
It's interesting that the traits changed, but their slots didn't. He still has a Vis Gene Three trait and a Vis Mutation Three trait. I wonder if shuffled traits are more likely to stay in their same slots? That would explain why it seems to be so common for people to use a Trait Disruptor yet get the exact same traits as before.

Barring a couple of genderswaps and perhaps a try at disrupting one of my 2-vis, I'll most be able to get all the traits c:
