"Of course I'm not going to end up like Jason. We're too very different beings - at least I'm pretty sure - with different lives and different goals..." What goals do I have? Maybe not get eaten or not die, those goals sound great. But what else? I don't know. How about I leave goal making for the New Year. Riley pauses in his thinking when the siren goes off, jumping slightly.
I don't like the siren noises. I think I don't like any loud noise here. I think I just don't like this place. Wonder who the new guy is. No, actually, I really don't. I don't think I really trust any one here except for Shade and Rhea.

SHade shrugged,acting as if what he'd said hadn't mattered to him but his eyes screamed other wise. He hissed as the siren went off and glared in the direction of the new kid. "Great,what idiot they got this time,stupid enough to be brought alone?" His tone was dark and hateful.

Nicote said nothing but dragged Astra to a place where they could see this....newbie.

"Hes either really bad or wrongly acused of stealing a candy bar." Lio said to Cole.

Cole thumped him for that remark. "Who is he?" He asked don in oafticulsr

It's a tall boy, on the older side of what people consider to be young. He is extremely skinny, to the point it almost looks unnatural, but is also muscular and visibly strong. His eyes seem to be hazel, but they look more like they're a gold, like a cat's eyes. There's a scar on his upper lip that goes all the way up to above his eye. His skin is pale, though unlike the rest of his features it's not to a mildly unnatural-looking point. Despite all this, he's actually quite handsome, as the unnatural-ness of it isn't in any ugly way. He's staring at everything as if it's all below him, and he poises himself in a similar way. All in all, he looks very much like a vampire, except for the fact he's slightly not pale enough.

Victoria's face slowly goes beet red, hiding her face in her hands

"Does this usually happen?" Almon asked Jack. "Also does Vicky always turn that color or is she hyperventilating."

Astra raised an eyebrow at the newbie. "Does this happen usually?"

She stares at him for a moment. Before looking at Rhia.

"Nope!" He ruffled Vic's hair, only making her turn even more red, which seemed impossible. "Eh, I dunno. She only got here yesterday."

"Who knows. I think he might be pretty dangerous. I mean, he has to be if this is unnatural to put one person in at an unusual time. Right? I am making no sense." Riley says before mentally kicking himself. I don't know this guy, stop judging him! This newbie might end up to be a friend, okay? I don't really think he will become a friend, but I have to give him a chance, right? Hmmmm, so am I going to give everyone in this jail a chance? I don't think so, especially not the ones calling me new fish. Riley taps his foot softly to divert his mind from that train of thought and for something to do.

"No...." nicote mutters back. "Gorups ar more common."

Cole squinted at the newbie. "Huh." Was all he said. Lio said nothing.
