You can't be certain, but you think you can make out some odd arkings in the stone wall behind the curtain of vines and plant life.

Latif swiftly follows, not keen on being in a flightless cave once more. She kept a respectful distance from the Nytekrie, though she did wish she could do something to help it.

Every now and then the Nytekrie looks back at you, but apart from that, it leaves you well alone.

It limps into larger cave and collapses on the rocks with a pained wheeze, and all but glowers at you, daring you to come closer.

It's the humidity that you notice first. It clings to your skin.

Looking around you see you are in a jungle of some sort, with large vibrant flowers blooming on every tree and bush. Vines dangle from branches, and creep along the floor. Stephanie is no where to be seen.

Latif got the message quite readily, staying at the entrance to the larger cave. She eventually sat down and took inventory of her pack again. ...Nope, nothing that could be used to help the Nytekrie. She peered inside again, studiously avoiding looking at the Sylesti. Maybe she could try helping it... but again, how?
