Ashes grew quiet as well. The teacher was tall and thin, and her stern face suggested she should not be messed with.

She suddenly reappears in front of him, she had opened the window and flown out without being noticed. "What's up?" She mutters, her dark wings slowly relaxing.

(WAIT FOR MEEEE AND ORKHAAAA)

Magnus poked Orkha. *lefs get to class.*

Orkha grinned and nodded, the lsipped down the tree.

Conner flapped back up to the branch, and spread his wings. "A lot of things are up. Like me, the sky, the clouds. Birds, the flag, the thing on the top of the hill, the mountain tops. That random kite. A lot of things are up." Conner drawled, hanging like a bat again, a teasing smile spreading across his face.

She suddenly smirks, "What's down?" She asks before making him fall from the tree by shoving him. She laughs, winking down at him from the branch he was just on.

Conner pretended to think this over, lying on his back, looking up at her. "I am still up. The worms and grass and dirt are down. Don't forget magma and bones and history and... That enough?" he asked, flying back up to get to his perch again.

She shrugs, sitting on the branch. "I guess. So your skipping class again?"

Conner shrugged. "Maybe. Anything to get away from the angry ghosts there. They seriously hate me. And to get away from the tight spaces and everything. It's better learning with an open sky." he said, turning upside down again, and listening in to the different classes inside the school.

(The ghost thing is special for this half demon. It's more a curse.)
