He looked at the algae before swimming forward. He smacked it with his tail a few times, cutting away a small bit. "Like that?"

He nod and smile " Not bad, try to use the sharp edge of your tail's fin a bit more instead of the softer part, mine are bigger but you should be able to do it as well just fine." He then slowly demonstrate how to bend his fins to slice a piece of kelp on the first swing.

Apollo was swimming around the shallows, his nest was in an area no one really went so he had no problems exploring. He was trying to find something- Anything- to do.

Jukebox and Celesttida were just looking for a place to make a nest.

Soon the stallion spotted the pair, he stayed back though. He had not a single interest in talking with someone. Last time he had, he was called an old man. He was older but not that old.

Jukebox swamthrough the water, not noticing the other kelp. But Celsti did. "Hey Juke, there's already a kelp here."

"What? i thought this place was deserted!"

"It isn't apparenty."

"That's it I'm outta here." He started swm off. Celsti sotpped im.

"LEt's go say hi!"

Apollo didn't notice they were talking of him. Instead he paid much more attention to the seashells that he had spotted. He was a bit hungry and grateful to find this little bit of food.

Celsti swam up to Apollo. "Hi there, do you know of any secluded areas around thes parts that's got a good nest-building site?"

Juke sighed. His mate coud be so...impulsive sometimes.

Apollo looked to the mare, and thought for a moment. " Salutations madam, these parts aren't the safe for a nest. Lots or sprites these times. " He sounded like he came from another time, his voice smooth like a knife thru butter yet deep like a cavern paired with the way he spoke.

Celsti didn't really notice, she was the kind of kelpi that was fine wiht everyone. "Thanks for the warning."

"What warning?" Juke had just sawm up.
"Spiries in this area. Still gotta travel if you want to find a good place."
