"We don't have stairs." Ves stated. "He'll be up in his own time. I really wouldn't disturb him. He's working really hard to find out the source of the shadow pokemon problem, so give him some time!"
"Shadow pokemon problem?" I say, perking up. "Where will he come up from then? Do you have a trapdoor?"
The inside was relatively simple. To your right, a small kitchen. A bed was in the upper right corner. The entire left side of the house was occupied by a huge shelf, with a label for each slot, some slots containing a pokeball. The professor was nowhere to be seen. "So, would you like some tea, coffee perhaps?
>Ask where the professor is
>Question him
>Leave/Run away
While Constant was growing uneasy by the second and the option of 'Run Away' was still there, he decided that he was just going to have to deal with whatever was going to happen: Hopefully something not-bad.
>Ask where the professor is

"The shadow pokemon problem. I'm surprised you don't know; it was one of the reasons you were called hear, the other being your dad having work here. You know, missing trainers and evil pokemon problem?" Ves was going to say more, but a sound of a small explosion shook the house slightly. "Oh dear, I hope the professor's okay down there."

The run away option is there because it's always there o3o. Anyways, you walk into the house and the man pulls out a chair in front of a table. "Do sit down, please. The professor is in the lab."
(Free action mode: Do/say anything within reason)

Constant met the man's gaze evenly, then sat down. "Ah, of course." He said, his voice calm and collected. "Would you by any chance happen to know exactly why I'm here? I didn't get too much of the specifics."

You walk over to the house you assumed was the professor's and knocked on the door. A man opened the door, smiling. "You're the trainer Professor Acacia asked for, correct?"
>Yes
>No
>Who're you
I ask him who he is

"You've heard of the shadow pokemon and missing trainers problem, I assume. That's one of the reason's you're here. The other being your father's work, which brought you here." He looks at you, probably observing. "You and your Snivy seem to be good friends, yes?"

"I'm Ves, the professor's assistant. Why don't you come on inside?" He opens the door wider and gestures for you to enter.
>Go inside
>Question him
>Leave/Run away

"Ah, yes, I have heard of the shadow pokemon." Constant said, bringing out a fib. As for his father's work... What made him have to go out to challenge the league? Constant crossed his legs and considered the possibilities for a second. "And, yeah, my Snivy and I are pretty good friends, if I do say so myself."

The man was about to say more, but the sound of an explosion shook the house. "Oh dear, I wonder what the professor is doing down there." He said, standing up.
