Quite a while ago, I had a sister. We were called the Secret Sisters. We were always secretive, I suppose. Well, back to the story. One day a cat came to us and asked for healing for his clawed back. We never turned anyone away, though I wish we had. Suddenly my sister, Spiritcall, started speaking a prophecy about what was to happen. It said: Thee has had a rough and gruesome past, but the future holds worse... and then, halfway through a prophecy, he killed her and ran. I tried to heal her, put everything I knew to use on her bloody back, but nothing worked. And so my sister, Spiritcall, died.

A while later, the cat and I met in the forest. We were near Dawnclan, that's why so many Elders speak of this battle. We fought and fought, but we tied in strength and speed. We couldn't kill each pther, but we were going to fight to the death. That is, until he sped off again like a coward and I haven't seen him since.

Why does this story matter? You look exactly like him. Your voice, your temper, your looks. The cat I spoke of is called Flameclaw.

Tunnelkit's eyes narrowed.
"Ha. Of course, my father. Flameclaw, my father, killed someone. Not too surprising. I'm um, sorry about Spiritcall... what did the prophecy mean though? And what if we get a new one?"Tunnelkit didn't seem scared now, just very upset, and... sad. "My father- er, Flameclaw, abandoned my mom and my siblings. We um, well, my mom and siblings would probably still be alive had we still his protection. My father and I were never close anyway. *Sniff* it doesn't matter. I don't care."

Young one, you have it wrong. Your father did not kill one. He killed many. And I will have my revenge in due time.

Tunnelkit seemed very upset, though he claimed to not care. "He deserves a horrible death!" Tunnelkit hissed. He seemed on the verge of tears. "I-I hate my father, I hate him!!" The poor kit yelled. "I wish I was never born into his horrible world that once seemed good! Never born to my horrible murderous father! I-" Tunnelkit paused, gasping for breath. His sudden yelling had startled the elders, who were hissing at the poor kit."I just- just-" Tunnelkit's tail hit the ground.

Ghost's eyes softened as she pulled the kit to her. All you Elders stop your hissing. Ive known every one of you since your childhood and known the secrets you did as poor kits. The Elders tails drooped. Now, Tunnelkit, I know Flameclaw is your only living family. And I know in due time youll understand. But for now, you cant worry. He wont know youre here.

"But what if he does and he comes to destroy our clan?" Tunnelkit yawned. He was tired, but seemed to not want to leave Ghosteyes's side. He snuggled up next to her and quickly fell asleep.

He wont... she whisped, and gently pushed him onto her back to carry him to thr nursery, where she slept with him the rest of the night. (Its not weird. They're related, Tunnelkit just doesnt know it)

{Does Ghosteyes? Or does she just get motherly protective feelings because 1. He's a kit, and 2. They're secretly related?} Tunnelkit kicked around a bit in his sleep, but was warm and purred while he slept.
