"I know... I know... I'm just... almost done with the prototype... see... I- I can... do you think I'm useless to this group" She had no idea what came over her and possessed her to say that but she did as she deadpan stared at Aino

Aino was surprised at her question, He immediately walked over to her and held her hands, pulling a chair and sitting down. "No, no, Mama Bear. You are an essential to us. We all love having you here. You don't seriously think that, do you?" He asked, looking at her with worry in his eyes and gently rubbing his thumbs over the backs of her palms.

As he had told her previously, the walk wasnt very long before they arrived to the place. "Well darling, any preference on where we should be seated ?"

She shot a glare at him, "Quit calling me that." She said before choosing a spot to sit.

He shuckled and took seat on the oposite side, crossig his fingers togedther. " You're no fun... i though it was a nice nickname for you, a bit old fashon but classy nevertheless..." He sigh dramaticly before continuing. " Very well then, how should i call you instead ? You didnt told me your name after all."

"Theria. Theria Josephine. Please call me by my name." She spoke calmly, her eyes peering into the depths of his soul.

He looked back, responding to her look with his best customer service stare he could, just two dead blue eyes pearing back into her's. It lasted a few secondes before he blink and went back to his happy, careless self. "Theria, quite a lovely name for a lovely lady ! As i said previously, you can call me Specter. Now should we order somthing ? My treat."

Lishian glanced up as two people arrived. He glanced them over, wondering if perhaps they knew something. The name Theria Josephine rung a bell in his mind, but he couldn't quite place where he'd heard it- with his line of work he really should've been able to keep track of these things, but names always seemed to elude him.

He decided to keep an ear open. Just in case. He was kind of regretting not actually paying attention to who else was suppsoed to be working this case, but then again he was a bit preoccupied at the time...

"No I... well... sometimes... I just feel like no one really appreciates my creations... my cubs if you will... or me for that matter... it's... it's like when you're in school and you're in a friend group but you... just don't feel like you belong... you know?" She allowed Aino to hold her 'paws' without trying to scratch at him

Theria nodded, getting herself a pastry of some kind and a simple black coffee. She looked around and hummed.

Aino sighed and looked to the side, seeing a few of her past cubs, He thought for a minute, "Mama Bear, I have a mission coming up that calls for your cubs. I would love for you to come with us."
