She shakes her head. I think it's just the feather. It wants to go somewhere, you don't have to listen, though. It won't bother you if you get far enough away, probably.

The floor is random bits of rubble. Among the ashy ground, you spot something white gleaming.

The feather seems to be tugging towards the rising platform. As you follow it, it brushes against the earthy side of the platform, which begins to rumble.
