They went down to breakfast, leaving the sleeping teen to sleep.
At the Marker house, Newt's sister, Nanita, had figured out Newt was not, in fact, in the library/at the Xandori's (Mr and Mrs Xandori were back from their business trip by now)/with Nicote (who was having a fit about no one keeping tabs on his fluff-brained brother and calling Lio every 5 minutes even though Lio's phone was being repaired). So that was fun.
