You're far higher off the ground than you thought the platform was when you saw it from the ground. The trees look like tiny insects and the whole world is one expanse of green.

*le gasp*, the trees are quicksand! Quicktrees? XD
You just sink farther, and it feels less like you're swimming and more like you're... floating. The world shifts out of sight, and for a moment you're half leaning against, half kneeling next to a huge wall. In front of you a huge structure lies in ruins on the ground, you can't even tell what it used to be.
You feel an sudden surge of helplessness. You're so exposed, so vulnerable, you might as well be a mouse trying to hide from a cat on a stretch of barren stone. You never thought it was possible to feel so utterly defenceless, and you never knew it could be so overwhelming.
You look down at your hands, but they're not your own.
